I believe that you have the knowledge within you to make the best choices for your
body and your life. Sometimes you are afraid to make those choices, you aren’t
sure where or how to start, or you don’t have the sideline cheering section you
need to make the best choice. Sometimes you need a little navigation on your
voyage through life…
I guide, inspire, and support you to make small, manageable, and permanent changes in your life that will forever change the way you think about food and your body. One step at a time, your relationship with food and your body will improve, and an improvement in your health will naturally follow. I believe that how you eat is just as important as what you eat. Are you standing in front of the fridge eating your dinner, or sitting down and enjoying a delicious meal at a beautifully set table? Are you eating your breakfast in the car while rushing to work, or taking a few minutes in the morning to gather your thoughts for the day ahead and really tasting your breakfast? I show you how changing the environment around how you eat your meals has a profound impact on how that food nourishes your body. There is no perfect diet that works for everyone. Every person is unique, and so their diet should be unique, too. I work with you to uncover the foods that give you the most energy, help you achieve your ideal weight, and decrease or eliminate your cravings. I encourage you to try new foods and challenge you to step a bit outside your comfort zone. I teach you how to listen to your body’s innate wisdom revealing to you which foods make it sing! Healthy eating is based on healthy habits. I support you in changing your eating habits by adding nutrient dense, tasty foods into your life instead of taking away all your favorite foods and leaving you feeling deprived. The eating habits you have now didn’t form over night – and changing those habits won’t happen over night, either. I work right by your side to turn those old habits into new nourishing habits that pave the way to a healthy lifestyle that you will carry with you for the rest of your life. The journey to a healthy relationship with food is not will power! Food is just one source of nourishment. I teach you about how your relationships, career, and lifestyle directly influence the food choices you make and the fulfillment you feel.
