I am a Certified Holistic Health Counselor accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  My passion is to teach others how food, perspective, and lifestyle combine to create a person’s overall health. I love seeing the “light bulb” that turns on when a client learns something new about themselves, their body, or their habits.

I have learned firsthand how changing my diet, thoughts, and lifestyle can change my overall health and well-being. I started incorporating whole foods into my diet, simplifying my meals, gaining control over my negative thinking, and adding relaxation and down-time into my life. The benefits were immediate and wonderful. Once experienced, I felt the need to share this information with others to help them create healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

I love teaching to groups – be it a tour of the natural foods section in a grocery store or a workshop on a wellness topic – I enjoy the interaction and learning that happens in such a dynamic. I also have a private health counseling practice based in Brookline, New Hampshire, but support clients all over the US.

I received my education from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. This remarkable school has taught me about an amazing number of dietary theories, from Eastern Chinese medicine to modern health counseling and everything in between. My philosophy is to take the wisdom from all these theories and make them work for each unique person to create a full circle approach to health and well-being. Before becoming a health counselor, I earned a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
